Linen
I have just set up my own restaurant and it is so exciting. I have always wanted to own one but because I could not cook I did not think it was possible. However, it turned out that my son was a brilliant cook and so I sent him to catering college and when he graduated, I bought a restaurant and employed him. I am confident that we can make a success of it together and we are now really close to opening. I am just selecting the last minute things such as restaurant table linens while the decorators are finishing up. He is experimenting with recipes and we should soon have a menu. He is a great decision maker and I am not so he is helping me with everything, I tend to get samples, such as these discount table linens and then he chooses the most suitable such as the white table cloths and some matching napkins and then I order them. So far it is all working out brilliantly and I hope that once we open, we will be able to encourage people in to eat and both make some good money out of the business.
